Shipping and Returns
Shipping Policy
Our shipping method is to use a courier, It's the best way we have found to get your items to you. Postage is usually within 3 days of your order. Weekend orders are posted on Monday. All our orders are packed with eco friendly packaging materials, All packaging can be recycled, including the gummed tape we seal our boxes with.
In most circumstances all orders are picked and packed within a 3 day time frame. If there are any extenuating circumstances that would cause a delay to your order being posted we will contact you via email to make you aware of any issues.
Return & Exchange Policy
In most case's we do not accept returns, If you wish to return an item please contact us via the contact us link before attempting to return any item. If a return is accepted you will cover the cost of the return postage of an item to us. If there is a problem with your item
such as an incorrect item received, the postage cost will be covered by us. If the item arrives damaged or broken please contact us and we will be happy to assist you in issuing a replacement.
